At Studio 10 Hair & Nail Salon, our goal is to create a calm, positive space where you genuinely enjoy coming to work every day ✨ A place where you feel comfortable, supported, and excited to grow your business.

We offer booth rental opportunities for independent hairdressers and nail technicians who are ready to build, thrive, and do their thing in a welcoming salon environment.

When you join Studio 10, you’re not just renting a chair—you’re becoming part of a space that’s designed to make your life easier and your business feel elevated.

What’s Included:

For Hairdressers:

• Your own assigned styling station.
• Shampoo bowls.
• Infrared processing dyers for color services.
• Towels & capes.
• Tint bowls & tint brushes.
• Color/styling carts available to use during services.
• Stools available for working or shampooing clients.
• Clients can process under the infrared dyer chairs or shampoo bowl chairs.
• Access to backbar when participating in our retail commission program.

For Nail Technicians:

• Your own assigned nail table.
• Pedicure chair.
• Towels.
• Hot towel caddy.
• Nail dryers.
• Access to gel & regular polish colors available in the salon (you’re always welcome to bring your own favorites too 💅).
• Optional access to the dazzle dry system with buy-in and certification.

For All Renters:

• Your own personal locker to store tools and supplies.
• Guest refreshment station with water, coffee, and tea available for clients.
• A clean, organized, aesthetic salon environment.
• WiFi & all utilities included (heat, AC, etc.)
• Opportunity to earn commission on salon retail products through our retail program (Retail products are managed by Studio 10. Renters may earn commission when their clients purchase.)

Salon Access:

• Renters have key access to the salon Monday-Saturday, allowing you to come and go as needed for your appointments.
• Sunday access may be requested for an additional fee.

We provide many of the essentials so you can focus on what you love—your clients, your creativity, and growing your business 🤍
