Hi, I’m Beatriz!

I'm a licensed cosmetologist, esthetician, and nail technician with over 20 years of experience. My passion for beauty began at a very young age and led me to attend a technical high school, where I built the foundation for the career I love today.

I’ve dedicated my career to helping people look and feel their best through hair styling and coloring, manicures, pedicures, facial waxing, and spray tanning. I’ve always believed beauty is about feeling your best and having confidence in your own style. That belief inspired me to create Studio 10, a space where clients can unwind and leave feeling their best, and where independent beauty professionals can grow their careers in an environment built on respect, creativity, and great energy.

Outside of the salon, I’m a proud wife and mom, with a home full of love and a little fun thanks to our dog, Chloe, and chinchilla, Chimmy. I’m happiest when I’m spending time with my family or planning our next Disney trip, which always reminds me to bring joy and creativity into everything I do.

Hi, I'm Marta! 

 My second act in life started at the age of 45. Before that, I was single and working as an administrative assistant in different companies—but marriage changed both my life and my profession. In 2002, I graduated as a licensed Electrologist from the New England Institute of Electrology in Tewksbury, MA, and took on my new role as a Provider of Happiness. 

Electrolysis has brought so much joy to me—first as a client, and now through the many women and men I’ve treated over the past 23 years. It’s the only FDA-approved treatment for permanent hair removal, and when laser doesn’t work, dermatologists often recommend seeing an Electrologist

—that’s me! 

I absolutely love what I do and the confidence it gives my clients. I’m known for my knowledge, high clinical standards, caring personality, wit, and warmth, and I’m honored to help people feel happier and more self-assured through my work. 

Hi, I'm Stephania!

I consider myself a color therapist  specializing in customized color, dimensional blonding, and personalized highlighting! (Fun fact: I’m also a barber and absolutely love creating both women’s and men’s haircuts.)

I believe the most important part of your appointment is the consultation, where we take the time to really talk about your hair, your lifestyle, and your ultimate goals. My favorite part of what I do is discovering exactly what your hair dreams are and bringing them to life in a way that feels effortless and uniquely you. If you leave the salon with great hair, a boost of confidence, and a new friend, my mission is fully accomplished.

Outside the salon, you can find me cheering on my son at his football games, snuggled up with my corgi, at a Sunday service, hanging somewhere cozy with a good book, or on a mission to find the best ice cream in all of Connecticut! I believe in genuine connections and hair that makes you feel amazing every single day.

 Hi, I’m Amanda! 

A hairstylist with 25 years in the 

salon industry, and I still pinch myself that I get to do what I love every day. 

I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids who are my whole world and my greatest accomplishment. 

Behind the chair, I’m a Blonde Specialist, Brazilian Blowout certified, and obsessed with dimensional color—think Balayage highlights, teasy lights, root smudges, and that perfect Redken glaze (because who doesn’t love a good shine?). My clients have become like family—we laugh, vent, and sometimes solve the world’s problems in a single appointment. 💁🏼‍♀️ 

Fun facts: I’m an Amazon junkie, a summer lover, travel enthusiast, and my clothes are a scrapbook of bleach spots and color splashes. When you’re in my chair, you’ll get good energy, great conversation, and a stylist who loves making you feel like your best self. 

Hi, I am Maureen!

I started doing nails when I was just 17 years old at Nails Plus in Berlin, Connecticut. I spent 20 years there, learning the craft, connecting with clients, and growing as both a person and a nail technician.

After two decades, I decided it was time for a change and moved to Studio 10, where I began renting my own chair. I've been there ever since, doing what I love everyday. I'm an old-school nail tech — no nail art, no drills  — just simple, classic nails done with care.

Outside of work, I spend Friday mornings volunteering with the homeless, serving coffee, hot chocolate, and food. Helping others reminds me of what really matters. In my free time, I love visiting flea markets, going antiquing, and spending time with my family and friends.

After all these years, I still love what I do — making people feel good about themselves, one set of nails at a time.

Hi, I'm Francis!

 A licensed nail technician with five years of experience. My goal is to make every client feel happy, confident, and completely satisfied with their results. I take pride in creating beautiful nails that not only enhance your look but also lift your spirit.

Growing up with my mother, a hairstylist, I was inspired by how she transformed lives through beauty. That same passion drives me to help women feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin, starting with something as simple yet powerful as a fresh set of nails.

When I’m not in the salon, I love trying new foods and exploring experiences that inspire my creativity. Each design I create reflects art, personality, and care.

I’m a proud Christian woman who values faith, positivity, and self-expression. Summer is my favorite season—it represents warmth, joy, and new beginnings. Like summer, I strive to bring light and confidence to everyone I meet through my work.
