Salon Policies

These policies apply only to Studio 10 employees. Independent contractors operating within our salon may have their own policies, pricing, and refund procedures.  


We reserve the right to refuse service to:


  • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect to be contagious.
     
  • Anyone with an open or infected wound on the treatment area.
     
  • Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious or who we fear could be harmed by our service.
     
  • Anyone more than 10 minutes late for their appointment.
     
  • Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our staff or other customers.
     

Cancellations & No Shows


Your appointments are very important to us! We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you provide at least 24 hours' notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waitlist.

We understand that emergencies happen and it's not always possible to give adequate notice. However, repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in being asked for a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.

If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your scheduled service.


Late Arrivals

We allow a 10-minute grace period for traffic or parking delays.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you, but arrival beyond 10 minutes may result in partial or full refusal of service in order to avoid disrupting other appointments.

Return & Refund Policy

At Studio 10 Hair & Nail Salon, we take pride in the quality of our services and products. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to address concerns fairly and promptly.  These policies apply only to services provided by Studio 10 employees. Independent contractors operating within our salon may have their own policies, pricing, and refund procedures. 


Service Refunds

All services provided are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the results of a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may offer a reasonable solution, which may include:


  • A complimentary correction service (at the discretion of management)
     
  • A consultation to better understand your concerns
     

Please note:


  • Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.
     
  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction due to not following aftercare instructions.
     

Product Returns

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase with a valid receipt.

We cannot accept returns on:


  • Opened or used products
     
  • Clearance or promotional items
     
  • Products damaged after purchase
     

Gift Cards & Deposits

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
     
  • Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
